Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 24, 2020. Motion by the respondents Randall Belinfante and Anne Marie Belinfante pro se for poor person relief, the assignment of counsel, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondents to respond to the appeal:
