Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 3, 2023. Motion by Jackson H. C. P., inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further
