ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 4 and Family Court Act article 5 (see Family Ct Act § 1112; Matter of Jane PP v Paul QQ., 64 NY2d 15), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
