Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 13, 2023. The appeal was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by At Your Service Party Rental, LLC and Jimmy Orioli, in effect, for an extension of time to perfect the cross-appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
