| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated July 10, 2023, and September 6, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellants to stay all discovery in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Separate motion by the appellants to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to stay all discovery and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to consolidate the appeals and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay all discovery in the above-entitled action is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals have been consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
