Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 14, 2022, and March 13, 2023, respectively. Application by Wayne Baker, as executor of the estate of Catherine Kassenoff, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Catherine Kassenoff, and to amend the captions accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Wayne Baker, as executor of the estate of Catherine Kassenoff, is substituted for the deceased appellant Catherine Kassenoff, and the captions are amended accordingly.
