Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 9, 2021. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before April 22, 2024; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original copy of the supplemental brief, by mail, and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
