Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered August 24, 2017, and July 25, 2018, respectively. The appeal from the judgment rendered August 24, 2017, was determined by decision and order of this Court dated July 31, 2019. The appeal from the judgment rendered July 25, 2018, was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 18, 2019. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to seal the record of the above-entitled actions pursuant to CPL 160.57, and for certificates of disposition, in effect, reflecting the dismissal and/or acquittal of the charges of the indictments.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
