DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 20, 2020, and April 28, 2020, respectively. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals for failure to timely substitute a personal representative for the deceased appellant, Arif Izmirligil.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed (see CPLR 1021), without costs or disbursements.
