DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 11, 2019. Motion by the appellant to substitute Mindy Spolan Bezalel, as the administrator of the estate of Pauline Spolan, for the deceased respondent Pauline Spolan, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Pauline Spolan.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, Mindy Spolan Bezalel, as administrator of the estate of Pauline Spolan is substituted for the deceased respondent Pauline Spolan, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Pauline Spolan, is vacated; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent Mindy Spolan Bezalel is directed to advise this Court in writing of the appearance of counsel retained to represent her as administrator of the estate on or before April 26, 2024, or the brief previously filed on behalf of respondent Pauline Spolan will be stricken.
