Respondent Anthony J. Annucci having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief and to adjourn oral argument in this proceeding transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Cayuga County, entered November 2, 2023,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a brief is granted on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before April 24, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the proceeding is removed from the Court's day calendar for April 9, 2024, and is added to the term of Court commencing May 20, 2024.
