Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered August 28, 2023,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, should the dismissal of the appeals be vacated, upon the submission of a new motion that includes, among other things, an affidavit setting forth respondent-appellant's current living arrangements and the method by which he supports himself.
Memorandum: Respondent-appellant's appeals are deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10 (a). A motion to vacate the dismissal may be made pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10 (c).
