| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 14, 2024. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to enjoin the respondent from enforcing Public Health Law § 2164 with respect to the appellant and the appellant's non-party child and to compel the respondent to permit the non-party child to return to school, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
