Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 3, 2020, February 23, 2021, June 14, 2021, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated November 14, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to consolidate the appeals and to deem the records and briefs filed in connection with the orders also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2021, is consolidated with the appeal from the order and judgment, on or before April 29, 2024, the appellant shall file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment via NYSCEF, on or before April 29, 2024, the parties shall file replacement digital copies of the record and the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2021, via NYSCEF, with corrected covers for the record and briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-12417 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05197, and the motion is otherwise denied.
