ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated March 4, 2024, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning defendant-appellant, Arc Power Electrical Contractors, Inc.'s time to perfect the appeal in the above-entitled matter the date "May 13, 2024" and substituting therefor the date "May 14, 2024."
