ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 4, 2018. Application by the appellant to substitute Stella Wang, as administrator of the estate of Philip W. Lee, for the deceased respondent Philip W. Lee, and to amend the caption accordingly.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, Stella Wang, as administrator of the estate of Philip W. Lee is substituted for the deceased respondent Philip W. Lee, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,

ORDERED that Stella Wang is directed to advise this Court in writing of the appearance of counsel retained to represent her as administrator of the estate and whether the estate adopts the brief previously filed on behalf of Philip W. Lee on or before May 1, 2024, or the brief previously filed on behalf of Philip W. Lee will be stricken.
