| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION ; ; ; |
Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated January 17, 2023, May 30, 2023, and October 25, 2023, respectively. By order to show cause dated February 14, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals from the orders dated January 17, 2023, and May 30, 2023, in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant Social Services Law § 384-b (see Family Ct Act § 1112; Matter of Sheldon D. G., 6 AD3d 613; see also Matter of Alyssa L. [Deborah K.], 93 AD3d 1083, 1084-1085).
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals from the orders dated January 17, 2023, and May 30, 2023, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
CONNOLLY, J.P., CHRISTOPHER, WARHIT and LANDICINO, JJ., concur.
