ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 29, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 11, 2020, is amended by deleting from the first decretal thereof the date "April 28, 2024" and substituting therefor the date "April 29, 2024."
