| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two amended judgments of the County Court, Nassau County, both rendered March 24, 2021.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 2, 2022, which granted poor person relief and assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the amended judgment rendered under Indictment No. 234/2016, is amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are also granted as to the appeal from the amended judgment rendered under Indictment No. 35/2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
