On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2024, in the above-entitled matters, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated August 5, 2022, is amended by deleting from the fifth and the sixth line in the second decretal paragraph thereof the words "supplemental" and substituting therefor the words "replacement."
