Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file an answering brief and to adjourn this proceeding transferred to ths Court by order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered October 4, 2023,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a respondent's brief is granted on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before April 2, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that this proceeding is removed from this Court's April 11, 2024 day calendar, and is added to the term of this Court commencing May 20, 2024.
