Motion by appellants for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Westhampton Beach, Suffolk County, entered May 11, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellants shall perfect the appeal on or before May 31, 2024; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by May 31, 2024, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellants in person. No further extensions will be granted.
Appellants' dispute with respect to the minutes should be directed to the trial court. It should be noted that the rate for transcription of the minutes is governed by the Rules of the Chief Administrator of the Courts (NY R Chief Admin § 108.2).
