Motions on appeals from judgments of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 16, 2023, to consolidate the above captioned appeals, to substitute 221 Irving Ave LLC for appellant IA2 Service, LLC, and to amend the captions to reflect the substitution, and for other relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions for substitution are granted and 221 Irving Ave LLC is substituted for appellant IA2 Service, LLC, and the captions will be amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions seeking to consolidate are granted to the extent that appellant may perfect the appeals with a single brief and single reproduced record on appeal bearing all docket numbers and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all appeals at the same time; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions for use and occupancy are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions for a stay pending determination of the appeals are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions seeking enlargements of time to perfect the appeals are granted and the appeals shall be perfected on or before August 22, 2024, and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before August 22, 2024, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.
