DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 17, 2023. Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeal. Motion by Vivek Hadley, an attorney in good standing in the State of Indiana, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondents on the appeal. Motion by Manuel Herceg, an attorney in good standing in the State of Indiana, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondents on the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and on or before June 7, 2024, the appellants shall serve and file the record or appendix and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and the appellants' brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellants' brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Vivek Haddley to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondents on the appeal is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including a current certificate of good standing from the court or other body responsible for regulating admission to the practice of law in the state in which Vivek Hadley maintains his principal office for the practice of law (see 22 NYCR 1250.4[e]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Manuel Herceg to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondents on the appeal is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including a current certificate of good standing from the court or other body responsible for regulating admission to the practice of law in the state in which Manuel Herceg maintains his principal office for the practice of law (see 22 NYCR 1250.4[e]).
