Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 25, 2023, and a judgment of the same court dated September 1, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to modify a decision and order of this Court dated May 18, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-13098, which determined an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 22, 2018.
