Appellant having moved for reassignment of counsel and for other relief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Monroe County Court, rendered October 26, 2022,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Lorenzo Napolitano, Esq. is relieved of their assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide this Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept this assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that in all other respects, the motion is denied.
