Appellants having moved for permission to file an oversized brief and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Steuben County, entered April 7, 2023, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to file an oversized brief is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before April 29, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks other relief is denied.
