ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court entered April 3, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 11, 2022, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "April 3, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "April 3, 2024."
