It is Ordered that the motion of the petitioner-respondent seeking the dismissal of the instant appeal is denied. The respondent-appellant shall perfect his appeal on or before the October 2024 term, the filing deadline for which is August 6, 2024. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before August 28, 2024; reply briefs, if any, are to be filed on or before September 5, 2024.
