Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 18, 2023. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal, and to hear the appeal on the original papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
