DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Angel L. E. and Miko A. E. from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 26, 2024. Motion by the attorney for the appellants to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute the appeals and for the assignment of new attorneys for the appellants. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the attorneys for the appellants are directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
