Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 15, 2023, and June 8, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeals. Application by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 8, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated June 8, 2023, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue, via NYSCEF, on or before May 17, 2024; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion and the application are held in abeyance in the interim; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court or his designee shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeals by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
