Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered January 17, 2023. Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve assigned counsel, to strike the brief filed by assigned counsel, and for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant, on or before May 17, 2024, filing a motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief.
