Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel on an appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Oneida County Court, rendered January 30, 2017, on the ground that the appellant has abandoned the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Frank J. Nebush, Jr., Esq., of the Oneida County Public Defender's Office, is relieved of their assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the appellant perfect the appeal on or before June 14, 2024, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
