ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 17, 2024, in the above-entitled action, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court, both dated August 21, 2023, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 10, 2024" and substituting therefor the date "June 17, 2024."
