Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 2, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2023, the appellant was directed to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the order with notice of entry. The appellant filed a supplemental appendix containing a decision of the same court dated May 2, 2019.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties to the appeal are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2023, by each uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or affidavit, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website on or before May 20, 2024; if the appellant be so advised, the appellant may make a motion on or before May 20, 2024, for any relief deemed appropriate; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties via email to the email address provided to this court, or if no email address is available for service by regular mail.
