Appeals by Howard Dixon from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 22, 2023, and November 15, 2023, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Kristen L. Spoerel, dated April 17, 2024, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
