| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated April 27, 2023, March 9, 2023, and March 7, 2023, respectively. By order to show cause dated March 11, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to perfect the appeals in accordance with a scheduling order dated June 5, 2023, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]), as extended by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 22, 2024.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the scheduling order dated June 5, 2023, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]), as extended by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 22, 2024.
