| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 30, 2022. Motion by assigned counsel for the respondent Sekou Santiago to be relieved of the assignment to respond to the appeal and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondent's counsel, Joseph Z. Amsel, 43 West 43rd St., Ste. 265, New York, New York 10036, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the above-entitled matter to new counsel assigned herein; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,
