Application by Jack Edward Berry, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 24, 2020, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Jack Edward Berry Jr.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Jack Edward Berry to Jack Edward Berry Jr., effective immediately.
