Appeal by Angel L. E. and Miko A. E. from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 26, 2024. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Jason L. Steuerwald, dated March 15, 2024, it is
