Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 19, 2022, and July 14, 2023, respectively. The appeal from the order dated July 14, 2023, was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
