Wells Fargo Bank, NA, etc., respondent, v Yvonne E. Chaplin, appellant, et al., defendant. (Index No. 10051/2007)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 19, 2018. By order to show cause dated July 12, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the order dated July 19, 2018, terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 16, 2019.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers have been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).
BARROS, J.P., MALTESE, WARHIT and LANDICINO, JJ., concur.
