DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for a preference in the calendering of appeals from the orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated June 6, 2023 and October 6, 2023. Separate motion by appellant for, in effect, a stay of the trial pending determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for a preference is denied as moot; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to stay the trial is granted.
