| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 18, 2024, January 24, 2024, and two dated January 31, 2024, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate the two orders dated January 31, 2024, to reinstate the motions filed by the appellant before the Supreme Court, Kings County, and to relieve retained counsel and proceed pro se.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the orders are not appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701), and we decline to grant leave to appeal; and it is further
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
