Appeal by Cashimer J. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 8, 2023. By order to show cause dated December 27, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed in the above-entitled proceeding on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
