DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 18, 2023. Motion by the appellants to stay stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of so much of the order as directs communications, contact, and access between the petitioner-respondent and the nonparty-appellant, directs the parties to explore therapeutic interventions to support the continuity of access between the petitioner-respondent and the nonparty-appellant in the event the nonparty-appellant repeatedly declines to attend or exercise access time with the petitioner-respondent, grants the petitioner-respondent access to the nonparty-appellant's educational and medical records and contact information for any medical or mental health treatment providers of the nonparty-appellant and to any extracurricular activity schedules of the nonparty-appellant, directs the respondent-appellant to execute any releases necessary for the petitioner-respondent to be able to obtain the nonparty-appellant's medical or educational records or speak with the nonparty-appellant's medical or mental health treatment providers, directs the respondent-appellant to include the petitioner-respondent as a parent of the nonparty-appellant on all medical, school, and extracurricular activity records and as an emergency contact for the nonparty-appellant on all such records, directs the respondent-appellant to advise the petitioner-respondent of any medical appointments, educational meetings, or extracurricular activity events of the nonparty-appellant, and permits the petitioner-respondent to participate in any medical appointments, educational meetings, or extracurricular activity events of the nonparty-appellant is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
