It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-respondent is granted only to the extent of directing the petitioner-appellant to file a Supplemental Record on Appeal containing the stipulation dated May 26, 2021 and the stipulation dated July 21, 2021 as well as respondent's memorandum of law and affirmation regarding legal fees and respondent's subpoena for appellant's managing agent. The Supplemental Record on Appeal shall be served and filed on or before May 6, 2024.
