Application by Craig Mobayed pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 23, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time for Craig Mobayed to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated January 23, 2023, is extended and Craig Mobayed's application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 is accepted for filing.
