Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 21, 2022. Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal. Cross-motion by the respondents, in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance. Application by the respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
